Klipper — Terms of Service

1. What Klipper is

Klipper is a private content-preparation tool used by its operator to cut short vertical video clips from source material they are entitled to use, and to hand those clips to TikTok accounts the operator controls. It is not a public service and has no end users other than the operator.

2. Authorised use only

Klipper connects to TikTok only through official TikTok APIs and only for TikTok accounts that the operator has explicitly authorised. It does not access, collect or publish content belonging to third parties without permission.

3. Content responsibility

The operator is solely responsible for the material processed with Klipper, including ensuring they hold the necessary rights to the source material and that published clips comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

4. No warranty

Klipper is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator uses it at their own risk.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available at this URL.
